Home, Life & You started because I needed it.
When I had two boys, two dogs, a husband and a demanding career, and then a pandemic on top of all of that, I found myself overwhelmed. Not just by the mess or the chaos, but by the isolation of it.
I turned to social media and found millions of people living the same experience, sharing it honestly and supporting each other through it. That community changed things for me.
And when the world opened back up, I wanted to give it a physical home.
What started as a show about cleaning and organisation has grown into something much bigger, because the people who came told us it needed to be.
They weren't just looking for a tidy drawer. They were managing careers, raising families, thinking about their wellbeing, trying to figure out who they were becoming. They needed a place that saw all of that.
