Are dogs permitted at the show?

Guidance and assistance dogs are welcome. No other dogs/pets permitted.

Are personal wheeled vehicles permitted within the venue?

Hoverboards, skateboards, segways, scooters, rollerblades, and bicycles are not permitted for use within the venue or the Boulevard. Wheelchairs and personal mobility vehicles are permitted.

Can I bring my children?

Absolutely! Please be sure to add their tickets when purchasing your ticket. We have a Kids Zone with activities for the duration of the show. No need to prebook any sessions, just turn up and stay as long as you like!

Will there be options for eating and drinking onsite?

Yes, there will be food outlets where you can by lunch and refreshments within the Show Hall. ExCeL London also has over 40 onsite cafés, bars and restaurants, including numerous concessions within the venue itself. There are restaurants with table-service for more formal dining as well as grab and go option. For further information visit ExCeL’s food and drink page. You are also welcome to bring your own food and drink into the venue.

Is there parking available on site?

The only way to guarantee a parking space is to pre-book. You can do so here.

Parking at ExCeL London is charged at £25 per day, per vehicle, per entry, which means that the cost for the two days of the event will come up to £50. The charge is the same for both for non-blue badge holders and for blue badge holders.

Access to the car park is only via the A13.
Please be aware that there is no access to the venue car park from Western Gateway or Seagull Lane. If you are travelling from central London or from the south, using the Blackwall Tunnel to access the car park and lorryways, please use the A13 and turn off on the A112 junction taking Tollgate Road southbound.

Is disabled parking free of charge?

Blue badge holders can park for £25 per day in one of the clearly marked bays in the car park.

The only way to guarantee a parking space is to pre-book. You can do so here.

There is an £80 fine without displaying a valid blue badge.

Access to the car park is only via the A13.

Yes. There is a hearing loop at each of the stages.
